PowerSchool Gradebook upgrade

The relationships between entities in OneRoser Gradebook and PowerSchool Gradebook have been improved to provide better grade management. See Activate Grade Sync with PowerSchool.
Aeries Gradebook upgrade
Audience: District Admin
To save time and reduce errors, School Passport is making the following changes for Aerias (OneRoster) integrations:
- The 2-way Sync mode is now available for Aerias (OneRoster) applications. This allows syncs grade book data between Aeries SIS and School Passport.
- Updated on how Line Items, Results, and Categories are merged. This update allows District Admins to use and manage more complex entities.
Password reset process update
Audience: District Admin, Vendor Admin
Users must now choose a unique password when resetting it. Reusing the current password is no longer supported.
Login sessions limited to one device at a time
Audience: District Admin
District Admins can no longer sign in to Connect from multiple devices or browsers at the same time. The previous session must be signed out first to sign in from a new device or browser. However, different administrators can still sign in to the same account simultaneously. This strengthens account security and helps protect against unauthorized access.
Improved performance
School Passport now has improved performance and stability.
