How can I create a Bookmark on my School Passport Portal?

Privileges: Primary Admin privileges, users privileges

 

One can create Bookmarks for your students and teachers inside the School Passport Portal. Custom Bookmarks bring your users directly to the webpage. As SSO Apps, Bookmarks can be visible for all or certain types of users and schools you assigned them to.

There are three ways how to create a Bookmark:

  • For the end-user at the School Paaport Portal.

To add a Bookmark at SP Portal for personal usage, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your School Passport profile;
  2. In the bottom right corner of the App Dashboard, click the Plus icon. Details screen will appear:

  3. Fill out the required fields, and click the CREATE button.

 

To add a Bookmark at SP Portal through the burger menu, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to your School Passport profile;
  2. Click on the three stacked lines on the left side of the screen, and choose the Create Bookmark section.

  • For district Admin in the AppStore module.
To add a Bookmark at SP Portal for personal usage, please follow the instructions below: 
  1. Log in to your School Passport  profile, and navigate to the AppStore module;
  2. On the AppStore page, choose the organization (school/district) for which you want to add a Bookmark and click ADD BOOKMARK in the right corner of the screen. Details screen will appear:

  3. Fill out the required fields, select an icon and click the CREATE button;
  4. Assign created Bookmark for certain user types, groups, and schools.
