Privacy Governance Console Troubleshooting

Reference the following frequently asked questions (FAQs) to find answers to your Privacy Governance Console questions:

I can't find the application in my application list

You can add an app from our Educational Platform database to your list if it’s not already there. To add an application:

  1. Go to Applications.
  2. Click Add Application on the top-right
  3. Search for the one you want to add
  4. Click Add Application.

If the app you need isn’t listed, click Request Platform to ask us to add it to our database.

I find the new application to use in School Passport

If you’ve found a new application you want to use in School Passport, you need to initiate the integration request: 

  1. Go to Applications.
  2. Find application you wish to integrate with School Passport.
  3. In the Action column, click (…) > Request Vendor to Integrate with School Passport. Alternatively, from the application details page, click Actions > Request Vendor to Integrate with School Passport.
  4. Click Copy to clipboard to copy email template. 
  5. Paste template into your email, fill in the recipient's name and your details, and then send it to the vendor support team.
