I can't find the application in my application list
You can add an app from our Educational Platform database to your list if it’s not already there. To add an application:
- Go to Applications.
- Click Add Application on the top-right
- Search for the one you want to add
- Click Add Application.
If the app you need isn’t listed, click Request Platform to ask us to add it to our database.
I find the new application to use in School Passport
If you’ve found a new application you want to use in School Passport, you need to initiate the integration request:
- Go to Applications.
- Find application you wish to integrate with School Passport.
- In the Action column, click (…) > Request Vendor to Integrate with School Passport. Alternatively, from the application details page, click Actions > Request Vendor to Integrate with School Passport.
- Click Copy to clipboard to copy email template.
- Paste template into your email, fill in the recipient's name and your details, and then send it to the vendor support team.
