      Accessing Silicon Valley HQ Career Pathway Courses in Coursera

      Your journey into Silicon Valley HQ Career Pathway courseware based within Coursera will begin with an email inviting you to join the Silicon Valley HQ Career Pathway program. Within that email is a link by which you can enroll in a specific program, such as the following link to the Silicon Valley HQ Career Pathway Program.

      Join Silicon Valley HQ Career Pathway

      1. Open the Coursera invitation email and click Join Now. Coursera for your enrollment will open.

      2. Click Join.

      3. Access Coursera as follows:

        1. If you have an existing Coursera account, enter the email address and password for your existing account on the Log In tab, and then click the Log in button.

        2. If you are new to Coursera, select Sign up on the top, provide required personal information, and then click Join for Free.

      4. On the confirmation window, click Join program. 

      Enroll in a Specialization

      A Specialization is a series of related courses that help you master a specific topic and earn a Professional Certificate. Silicon Valley HQ Career Pathway Program offers sponsored Specializations for you to take.

      From the Find Your New Career, choose the Specialization you want to enroll in and then click Enroll.

      Alternatively, you can choose this Specialization to browse its details, such as duration, skills you'll gain, and the courses included in the Specialization.

      Enroll in a course 

      You can take any single course for a Certificate, even if that course is part of a Specialization.

      1. Find courses that fit your interests:
        • Use Search on the top.
        • Find and choose a Specialization you're interested in, and then scroll down to the course series.
      2. Choose the course from the list.
      3. From the information page, click Enroll.

      Unenroll from the course or Specialization

      If you choose not to complete a course/Specialization, you can unenroll.

      1. Go to My Learning.
      2. Next to the course/Specialization you want to unenroll from, click the three dots > Unenroll from Course.

      3. On the pop-up, click Unenroll.
