      How to activate Grade Sync

      Discover how to sync and update grades across multiple platforms with the Grade Sync feature.

      The Grade Sync Service (GSS) in OneRoster Gradebook allows teachers to seamlessly synchronize and update grades between different education platforms or systems. By enabling this functionality, educators can streamline their grading processes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date grade records for their students. 

      Important: The Grade Sync is available for PowerSchool and Infinite Campus. Other partnerships are in development.

      To activate GSS in a specific data source, do the following:

      1. Sign in to School Passport and click Connect.
        Main page_Connect
      2. Navigate to the Application Gallery and find your data source app.
      3. Click Activate.
      4. On the Sync Mode, select the 2-way sync mode and click Next >.

      5. Customize other settings and complete a data source configuration.

      After data syncing, the Gradebook data displays at the Data Browsing > Gradebook.
