Parent Portal: Change App Assignments for Parents

Learn how to efficiently manage app assignments for parents during the start of a new school year.

Audience: ✅District Admin

Often, with the start of a new school year, the use of specific SSO apps change. Therefore, the app should be unassigned for certain parents and reassigned to new ones. 

  1. Sign in to School Passport and click Connect.

  2. On the Home page, select the desired SSO app and click Request Changes.

  3. The Data Access Consent page appears. Change app assignments for Contacts and click Request Changes.
