Improved Gradebook and Roster Data sync

This update improves how Roster data is handled and integrated with other systems. Now, District Admins can directly deliver roster information to their LMS and keep their grades organized with improved mapping for grading periods and categories.

Support user provisioning for courses marked as organizations

Audience: District Admin

This update improves how users are enrolled in courses designated as organizations. Organizational courses are special types of courses used for broader purposes, like providing updates and materials to a group of students (e.g., all 9th graders), without requiring assignments or grades.

Now, School Passport will automatically recognize these special courses during import and enroll students and teachers. Once enrolled, users cannot be removed from these courses, which makes it easier to track and verify enrollments. This ensures that everyone who needs to be in these courses is properly enrolled and managed.

Updated mapping for contact identifiers in PowerSchool

Audience: District Admin

District Admins can now link the contact DCID identifier from PowerSchool (without the Contact module) to any other attribute in School Passport. To do so, in attribute mapping, select the Import mode, choose the DCID, and map it to the desired GG4L attribute.
