FAQ

Access School Passport with ease using Face ID for seamless login via facial recognition technology. Once your admin enables your organization (school) and your account multi-factor authentication (MFA) contains Face ID you have to set it up to use it. This takes only a minute.

Requirements

  • Face ID factor should be enabled for your school. If you want to use it, please contact your school admin to activate it.
  • Your device must have a camera for Face ID use.

Sign in with Face ID

Face ID is only available as a part of MFA. If you are not prompted to Face ID, it means that its validity period has not yet expired. In such cases, you can continue to log in to School Passport as usual until the MFA is triggered.

  1. Go to sso.gg4l.com and select your school from the list.
  2. Sign in with your username and password like you normally do. After you click Sign in, you'll be prompted for the first factor.
  3. Sign in with a first factor, such as Active Directory credentials or QR codes.
  4. Position your face inside the frame and gently move your head to complete the circle.
