Onboarding process

The GG4L Onboarding process for the OSTT Integration consists of the following steps:

1. Onboarding initiation

Firstly, you need to fill in and submit the form. Once the form is submitted, GG4L will offer you an Introductory meeting to talk about all the integration details and help you with onboarding.

2. Roster data integration

Upon submission of the form, you will receive SIS Data Integration instructions within 24 hours. These instructions guide you on how to set up the data-sharing integration between your SIS and the OSTT. For details, see The connection between data sources and OSTT.

Make sure to check the data requirements before you start data sharing with School Passport. 

Use the following table, to ensure a successful configuration of data sharing between OSTT and data sources.

PowerSchool

Update a PowerSchool plugin, especially for OSTT. To do this, provide the critical fields to our support team and proceed with updating the plugin.

Aeries (Aerias Native API)

Configure access to Aerias Native API.

ClassLink (ClassLink API)

Sign in to your ClassLink instance and add metadata fields with exact names directly. 

Other

To import data, use the CSV files in OneRoster format along with the corresponding metadata fields. Simplify the CSV creation process using a template containing all the required files. You can upload the files directly from your local directory or through FTP clients.

Once the data is synced, we will validate and check the data quality before sharing. If any details need clarification, a GG4L Customer Support Representative will contact you.

3. Activation and configuration of the OSTT app

After importing data to the School Passport, you will receive activation and configuration instructions for the OSTT app.
