The application details page lets you monitor and manage an app, tag it, or mark it as PII-approved.

The application details page (dashboard) shows the details for a particular application. Here, you can control and monitor the individual application. You can also perform various actions on the application, such as tagging or marking the application as PII-approved.

Application details section
The left section of the application displays the following:
- Logo: The application logo that users see on the School Passport.
- Application name: The application name that users see on the School Passport
- Vendor name: The company or vendor responsible for the application.
- PrivacyShield: If this property is set to Yes, then application has been integrated with School Passport and uses Privacy Shield. This ensures that PII data is protected.
- PII Approved: Set this property is set to 'Yes', when you've marked the app as approved for accessing PII data. Uses for your reference.
- 1EdTech Certified: If this property is set to Yes, then the application is certified by 1EdTech.
- PII Tags: These are keywords for the application that will aid in searching. Learn more about tags management in Privacy Governance Console.
Application usage statistics
The top section displays a breakdown of application usage trends:
- Active Users: Users who have used the application during the last 12 months.
- Application Usage: Frequency of application access during the last 12 months.
- Most Active Schools: Schools with the highest levels of application use.
- Most Active Users: Individual users who access the application most frequently.

Suspected PII Usage
The Suspected PII Usage section analyzes whether an application likely handles Personally Identifiable Information (PII) based on AI evaluation. Data are categorized into statuses:
- 'Likely' - application likely uses PII data.
- 'Unknown' - AI was unable to determine whether PII is involved.
- 'Pending Evaluation' - data is still awaiting review by AI.

This analysis helps you to identify potential privacy risks and take necessary steps to comply with regulations and protect user information.
Privacy Policy AI Review
The Privacy Policy AI Review section provides scores for key aspects of privacy policies, offering insights into their effectiveness and clarity. Each category is assessed based on specific criteria. Learn more about Privacy Policy analysis.
