      Data Rollover

      The Data Rollover tab can be used for suspending the data importing process, as well as for disabling data deletion in the Data Sync module - for the data rollover period (School Year or Semester rollover).

      There are two possible options for “Data Rollover”:

      • Suspend data import - this option allows suspending data import to GG4L from all sources. One can set up the time period during which the suspending of data import will take place. After the end date, the suspension will no longer happen.
      • Disable Data Deletion - this option allows keeping the importing process active, meaning new data will be created, and also the updated data will be synced, but the deleting of data will not occur.
