Step 1: Activate an Export application

Step 2: Check if data shared with the application

Step 3 (Optional): Test SSO into the activated Export application

Important:

This article provides an overview of the process. For detailed instructions on setting up a specific app, please refer to the Applications & Integrations for step-by-step guidance.

Once integration between GG4L School Passport and Third-Party application is finished, the appropriate Export application will appear in the Application Gallery. Activate the Export application to transfer your data from School Passport to the chosen Third-Party application. Select the schools and their data (attributes) that you want to export, define time to determine until what date export occurs, and enable the Privacy Shield to protect personal data.

If an application also supports Single-Sign-On (SSO), users can log in to School Passport and be automatically signed in to the Export application without separate credentials.

Limitations

  • Primary District Admin permissions are required.
  • An application should support only Export, without Import and 2-Way Sync. If not, the activation will be unique for each application. For detailed instructions, please refer to the Applications & Integrations.
